CCTV is not installed inside guest cabins.
Footage is retained for up to two months and is then automatically overwritten unless required for investigation or legal purposes.
The lawful basis for CCTV processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring safety and security.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for legal, accounting, and operational purposes.
In general:
- Booking and financial records are retained for up to 7 years from completion of travel
- Medical information is retained for up to 2 years after travel unless required for ongoing investigation
- CCTV recordings are retained for up to 2 months
- Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or after a period of inactivity
We may retain data longer where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
